Software

  • STORM deconvolution software for superresolution
  • DeepFoci – Software created by us (Tomáš Vičar, Ph.D.) for the detection, quantification and analysis of DSB repair foci (IRIF) at the micro level. The software is based on artificial neural networks and deep machine learning, and can therefore be trained for gH2AX and specific repair proteins, and specific experimental and microscopy conditions.

Other routine equipment: centrifuges, rollers, scales, thermoblock, shakers, autoclave, pH meter, fume cupboard/hood)
