Professional requirements:
- Study of the role of histone deacetylases in DNA repair mechanisms
- The role of epigenetic modifications of histones in DNA repair mechanisms
Technical skills:
- Immunofluorescence, advanced methods of confocal microscopy, local chromatin microirradiation
- Proteomic studies (WB, IP)
- Working with mouse and human cell models, cell culture
We require:
- A university degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with the above techniques and methods
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
- Good communication skills and the ability to present research results
- Language requirements: English (B2)
